This Privacy Policy outlines how the Extension collects, uses, stores, and protects your information in strict compliance with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies.

1. Data We Collect

To provide its core functionalities, the Extension collects and processes the following limited types of information:

  • License Verification Data: We collect your Email address and a randomly generated Device ID (UUID). This data is required solely to verify your subscription status and enforce per-device license limits.

  • User-Input Profile Data: Any personal profile data that you manually enter into the Extension for autofill purposes—such as your name, phone number, address, social media usernames, and other form fields—is processed.

2. How We Use Your Data

We adhere to the principle of data minimization. Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Autofill Functionality: Your personal profile data is used strictly to automatically fill out affiliate registration forms and streamline your workflow.

  • Subscription Management: Your email address and Device ID are sent to our secure license server (powered by Google Apps Script) purely to validate your license.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, rent, or transfer your data to any third-party companies, advertising networks, or data brokers.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage for Profile Data: All personal profile data you enter is stored locally on your device within the browser’s secure storage (chrome.storage.local). It never leaves your machine.

  • License Data Processing: License verification data (email and device ID) is securely processed during transmission. We implement appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You maintain full ownership and control over your data:

  • Immediate Deletion: You can instantly and permanently delete all locally stored profile data at any time by clicking the “Logout” button inside the Extension popup, or by clearing your browser data.

  • Extension Removal: Uninstalling the Extension from Google Chrome will automatically wipe all associated data from your device.

5. Compliance with Chrome Web Store Policies

The Extension strictly complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy regarding Limited Use. We only request the minimum browser permissions required for the tool to operate (such as storage and access to relevant web tabs), and we do not repurpose your data for tracking or external monetization.
